Do not order in this hotel!!! Very bad owner, won't cancel your stay, even though a force major like fluids of all Emilia Romagna took place. cancelling 2 days before is not enough for him. We had reserved a night for 19-20 of may. The fluids of Emilia Romagna cannot permit access to riccionne not with train,not with bus, not with car. We cancelled our reservation 2 days before arriving. Yet, the owner Luigi refused to cancel. We phoned him again in the morning of our reservation explained him we have no way to come to the the hotel. He didn't care, he charged us for the night and for two breakfast knowing we won't come. Before writing this comment we went to the hotel and spoke with the owner. Luigi the owner ,keep with his selfish attitude all he cares is about money.

Hotel not far from the beach and the famous Viale Ceccarini. Clean rooms and common areas, abundant breakfast with a variety of sweet and savory options. Rooms with independent heating and well heated, TV in the room, bathroom with shower and bidet. Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent quality-price.

I stayed in this hotel with my two children. The staff is very kind, and the location is a few steps from the seafront and the center. The breakfast was fair, with fresh croissants and cakes. Very clean both the common areas and the room. The only flaw is the poorly soundproofed rooms. For price quality definitely a recommended place

A hotel where you can spend relaxing moments, for us it was the first time we slept in Riccione, and we booked a triple room in this hotel, where we found an exquisite person at the reception, very kind and helpful, the room was really nice and very spacious with all the comforts, but most importantly the cleanliness, it was perfect. We only stayed overnight, so I can't judge the other services, but I would say that it is worth staying in this hotel.

The structure is welcoming, clean, new and with free public parking in the immediate vicinity. It is located near the sea and a walk from the main shopping street of Riccione. It boasts a nice breakfast, varied and plentiful. The problem, in my case, was the attic room with such a low height that it was uncomfortable and dangerous even when sitting on the bed: during the night there was a serious risk of smashing your head against one of the exposed beams in the ceiling . Well, I would strongly advise against the top floor of the structure: better to upgrade with a small surcharge than risk it... I would advise the owner to better specify this detail when booking.

Fantastic! Top welcome! We had booked an economy room on booking and they put us in a standard room with a balcony! Room of the right size, well furnished, very clean, with a small but very well kept bathroom! Excellent breakfast! And the cappuccino from the machine: delicious! A two star out of 10!!! Well done!
